QA Publish-On-Create (Frankfurt)

As part of Telkomsel’s quality assurance team, you will help ensure that digital products, internal platforms, and customer-facing services are reliable, stable, and ready for production. You will design and execute test cases, validate new features, document defects clearly, and work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to improve quality throughout the development lifecycle. We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of software testing principles, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly. Experience with manual testing, test documentation, regression testing, and basic defect tracking is important. Familiarity with automated testing tools, API testing, agile delivery, and CI/CD environments is a plus.

This role would suit a careful, structured QA professional who enjoys finding issues before users do and helping teams release better software. You should be comfortable collaborating across teams, asking good questions, and balancing speed with quality in a fast-moving environment.
